McClellan is a Mississippi State University alumna, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance. She currently serves as a professional with the Internal Revenue Service, bringing extensive experience in financial systems, compliance standards, documentation practices, and regulatory accountability. Her professional background reflects a strong commitment to accuracy, fiscal responsibility, and ethical stewardship of funds.

 

As a dedicated mother and active community volunteer, McClellan is deeply committed to nonprofit and community development work, with a special interest in mission-driven housing and service organizations. She understands the importance of transparent financial oversight and sustainable funding structures in advancing nonprofit impact.

In her role as Treasurer for BHW Estate, McClellan contributes financial insight, budget oversight, and compliance awareness to support sound fiscal management and responsible growth. She is committed to strengthening financial controls, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring resources are managed effectively to advance the organization’s mission and long-term community impact.
